Lou Q: I have noticed that some hotels are asking for a card for reserving bookings. How do I book a hotel without using a card with the understanding that I can pay cash upon arrival? Thank you Lou
Cal There are apps and websites that can do that. I think that ostrovok can do that but I'm not 100% sure.
