Transferring money to Russia from UK

Hi all - thank you for such informative posts on this subject.

I know that the landscape has changed quite a bit in the last few months so I would like to ask the experts out there for their current advice on the best way to transfer Crypto from the UK to someone who has a Bybit account in Russia?

I was thinking of getting a Coinbase account here in UK and trying to send USDT from there to the Bybit wallet in Russia - but I am very new to this and would really appreciate any guidance.

That may not be possible anyway - so do you have any other methods that are being used now?

I'm transferring weekly from my UK bank account(Monzo is best) Kraken is the best in UK where you can then transfer to a Bybit account.

phoebe Thank you so much. I’ve just done something like this too but used the Coinbase account that I set up and sent to ByBit. I will be sending weekly as well. It worked for a small amount but I’ll get a Kraken account just so I have that as a back-up. Many thanks again.
