Hi Irena,

I have read your page on how to apply for a visa in the UK. Please can ask you a few questions.

What services does the Visa Service Centre in Manchester offer as this is the closest to me?
Does Manchester provide the biometric fingerprinting or do I need to go to London?
Is there a Manchester contact telephone number?
My wife is Russian and we wish to visit and stay with her family in Naberezhny Chelny. A tourist visa seems to be the easiest and quickest. Can I enter her families apartment address in the iVisa invitation online application form?

"Can I enter her families apartment address in the iVisa invitation online application form?" NO. You can't do that, but you can enter a random hotel (no need to book).
