Which US banks do wire transfers to Russia?

From what I understand, only certain Russian banks are sanctioned by then US Treasury Department/excluded from SWIFT. For those Russian banks that aren’t, there is not a government prohibition on transferring to them.
But it seems to be the policy of many US banks to not do transfers to any banks in Russia.
Does anyone know of some US banks that will make wire transfers to Russian banks?

I'm afraid none, let's see if there is someone out there who has recently achieved it and can tell us their experience, but I don't think so.

A Swift transfer of 16,000GBR was made to me from Raiffesienbank to my Spanish bank account, It is now 7th day and no money has been credited into my account. Should I be worried it might have been blocked by an intermidiary bank? Who has an idea how many days a swift transfer from Russia should take
